specializing in air pollution control and pesticide regulation. The work
involved, inter alia, developing enforcement cases from the initial gathering of
evidence to the issuance of the administrative order, along with some litigation
experience. I also worked with state and local pollution control agencies to
improve their enforcement programs and drafted various air pollution and
pesticide regulations.
