Senior Analyst -2002 to 2005: Initiated development of cross-department, cross-functional workflow application using eTouch Workflow engine and technology to automate the Clearance and Publication process. Ported ALZA’s Corporate Directory legacy application using JSP to integrate with Vignette/Epicentric application Portal. Enhanced the system by adding more functionality. Developed two new portlets for the enterprise Portal to meet new business needs. These portlets were very useful in finding functional area specific information easily. Enhanced existing portlets to accommodate end-user requests and business rules. Ported and deployed ALZA Portal on BEA Weblogic Server (previously deployed on JR--un) to increase the performance for enterprise-wide use in Johnson and Johnson. Lead administrator for the ALZA Portal. Trained other Portal administrators. Responsible for Portal maintenance and deployment policies, process implementation and relevant documentation. Planned and successfully executed seamless content migration of over 15 company-wide intranet sites into Portal working with various functional areas. This resulted in a considerable reduction in time for maintaining individual intranet websites.

Application Developer (II & III) - 1999 to 2002: Developed a Budget application with approval workflow in ASP using SQL server database for the engineering and finance departments.
