Also previously served as Director of Information Technology.
As Chief Operating Officer
Established a new revenue channel by developing and deploying new product lines in healthcare as well as an additional business specialization. Created, developed, marketed, and deployed “Emergisoft Maritime” a nautical software system linking medical facilities at sea.Directly contributed to lowering the cost structure by 37% and reducing cash burn rate by 73%. Microskills was a technical design and software training center where I managed the operations and daily activities of ten departments ensuring adherence to ethical business practices, timely project management and state and federal regulatory laws. Also previously served as Director of Information Technology. Implemented key changes with the management team, which led to a significant improvement in many of the company’s operating efficiencies. I was responsible for P&L and approximately six million dollars in annual budget. Below is a listing of some of the key changes implemented to continue to drive our success.

Total operating expenses were enhanced 23%. Moneyline was a data warehousing and loan origination center where as Director of Information Technology at corporate head quarters my tasks were related to directing, budgeting, and coordinating activities associated with the infrastructure, security, and management of internal business information systems as we provided data for the approximately thirty bank chains servicing their mortgage and financing units as well as supplying data for auditors and national regulatory investigators. Reported directly to the Chief Operations Officer and the Chief Executive Officer Reduced the overall expenditure for technology by developing, testing and deploying a Microsoft Windows migration from Novell and a mixed mode domain environment. Streamlined updates, maintenance and testing of preparatory SQL front ends accompanied by Dynamics, Goldmine, Point, MRI, DataTrac and a proprietary software solution designed and deployed in house.
