Mr. Glunt has over 26 years of experience in project engineering and coordination, construction engineering

and inspection, quality control / constructability review, rigid and flexible pavement design and analysis,

geotechnical and environmental studies, DRI and PD&E involvement, geotechnical investigations, and soils

and materials testing on roadways and bridges, industrial plants, nuclear power stations, landfills, and airfields

in Florida and four other states. He has been a Resident Engineer on FDOT construction projects in numerous

Districts and the Engineering Manager and Director of the Geotechnical and Construction Divisions for a

medium-sized engineering firm, and is experienced in project management, office staff and field crew

supervision, shop drawing review, as-built plan review, contractor pay estimates, technical design, analysis

CEI Construction Services, Resurfacing of Beeline Expressway from MP 0.0 to MP 8.4 in Orange

County, FDOT - Turnpike District, March 1995 to July 1995

Resident Engineer on resurfacing of approximately 8 miles of Beeline Expressway including all

interchange ramps. Work was performed at night with major MOT implications, ramp closures,

notification to the traveling public, and constant coordination effort with FHP, the Contractor, and the PIO.

CEI Construction Services, Sunset Drive Bridge Replacement between Sunset Island No. 1 & 2, FDOT

- District VI, April 1994 to March 1995

Resident Engineer for the replacement of an existing bridge which included a new 246 foot, seven-span,

two-lane continuous cast-in-place concrete slab bridge. This project included roadway approach work,

phased construction, and extensive public involvement. Bridge was classified as minor.

CEI Construction Services, Sample Road / SR-7 Interchange project, FDOT - District IV, February

1992 to April 1994

Resident Engineer on project involving construction of $ 8.3 million structural steel flyover with

associated roadway, reinforced earth walls, drainage, lighting and signalization. Bridge was classified as

major.

Senior Engineer for the development of erosion remediation/rehabilitation plans for the bridge abutments.

Palm Beach Seawall Repairs for the Town of Palm Beach, Florida.

Senior Engineer for the rehabilitation of 2.5 miles of seawall along the Atlantic Ocean. The design

included the evaluation of existing failed sections. The development of repairs included various repair

types. These included deadmen and tie-back, placement of rubble rip-rap to prevent kick out and toe

failure, as well as full replacement utilizing soldier T-piles and precast panels.
