Regional Deputy Manager/Principal Logistics Analyst: MC4 Medical Communications for Combat Casualty Care (Tactical Electronic Medical Record) (08/2007 to Present) Specific Duties: Regional Property Book Officer; acquisition of MC4 product for customer; coordination of new equipment training and fielding; Identifies customer training requirements, utilizes established business processes, to ensure training is relevant and effective. Develops and authors all training schedules. Responsible for all MC4 equipment requisitions; lifecycle management; Provides advanced operational and logistical management in support of PEO-EIS Medical Communications for Combat Casualty Care (MC4) Program. Analyzes mission requirements to identify required systems to accomplish the specific mission and provides appropriate documentation to resolve logistical and support requirements. Plans and coordinates New Equipment Training (NET) and fielding plans with Active Duty organizations and 25 State level Force Integration Readiness Offices (FIRO) for the National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve. Routine activities include; insure all deliverables are met at specified schedules and due dates, responsible for forecasting equipment estimations, provide oversight to fielding teams, insure products and services delivered provide customer satisfaction and, build/ maintain customer relationships, manage support desk and track magic tickets, warehouse management, equipment inventories, shipping and receiving, time sheets, NMIBs, PBO duties; Utilize PBUSE, LIW, WEDLIB, USAFMSA, ETIDS, familiar with SAMS-E. Inventory consisted of an authorization of 337 items ranging from COMSEC equipment, various types vehicles and weapon systems. Primarily serviced the Training support battalions responsible for mobilization but provided support to active units when authorized by FORSCOM. Logistics Engineer, General Dynamics Eastern Region MC4 Office, (08/2006 to 02/2007) Fort Bragg, NC MC4 Medical Communications for Combat Casualty Care Coordinates all New Equipment Training (NET) and New Equipment Fielding (NEF) of the MC4 Medical STAMIS systems for all units Active, Reserve and national Guard (COMPO 1, 2 and 3) throughout the entire Eastern Region (consisting of 25 States). Logistics and Readiness Liaison, (9/2001 12/2001) Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NCServed as principle liaison for all matters pertaining to medical logistics readiness, unit deployment assistance, and medical logistic mobilization programs and functions. Identified specific requirements involved with funding, manpower, material, facilities, and services required for medical logistical mobilization support. Coordinated and integrated technical, financial, and statistical data for logistical information systems. Provided oversight planning and implemented expansion when required of the IMSAs (Installation Medical Support Activity) facility's bed expansion plan. G3 Operations Sergeant Major, Headquarters 44th Medical Command, Fort Bragg NC (April 1999 - September 2001): Designed, developed, and recommended plans to ensure continuous medical support for units on Fort Bragg and miscellaneous civilian events. Organized, planned, and coordinated all activities related to overseas deployment for units of this command.
