Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Manager, Co-Principal Investigator, and GIS Expert for ISWS, a pioneer agency in applied GIS. Currently GIS Manager for the FEMA Flood Hazard Map Modernization project. Remake hardcopy and digital floodplain maps (DFIRM) for 70+ counties within 5 years for multimillion dollar national project. Approximately 300 final map panels are created per year.

Past projects include Source Water Assessment and Protection, Strategic Restoration of Floodplain Ecosystems, Urban Water Quality Modeling of Waukegan IL., 1993 Flooding Disaster Property Buyout Inventory, Illinois EPA Targeted Watershed Approach, 100-Year Ground-Water Flood Zone Determination of Havana, IL.
