VP Sr. Project Manager Retail PMO (January 2012 to present)

Specialty Leading high performing Teams which provides inherence to and support of the compliance and best practice policies set forth by the company to govern the performance of the Program management within Associated Banks Retail PMO.

As a Sr. Project Manager, within Associated Bank Retail PMO, my goal was to champion the benefits received from standardizing and following project management policies, processes and methods. The Retail PMO was the source for guidance, documentation, and metrics related to the practices involved in managing and implementing projects within Associated Bank Retail Sales, Services and Administration Department. As a Sr. project manager, within the Retail PMO, I managed project-related tasks and follow-up on project activities through completion. I reported on project activities, problems and requirements to executive management as a strategic tool in keeping implementers and decision makers moving toward consistent, business- or mission-focused goals and objectives. The Retail PMO methodology was based on PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) and PRINCE2 (Project in Controlled Environments). These two approaches were used to be consistent with the requirements related government regulatory requirements programs.

Colleague On Boarding Played a key role in the development of processes & procedure for On Boarding New Retail banking Colleagues

PCIS Private Client Investment Services Facilitated a Customer Satisfaction survey to 5000+ Investment Services Clients

Complaint Management OCC compliance project to ensure the Customer Call Center was in compliance with documentation retention & storage.

PCI-DSS Compliance Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards: Facilitated a Self Assessment for Associated Bank Corp. with Fishnet Security A third part vendor consulting security services.

Speed Pay A joint venture with Western Union to provide a web based payment application for Associated Residential Lending Mortgage Loan Application Fee(s).

UDAAP Unfair Deceptive Abusive Acts & Practices Project Manager for the creation of a UDAAP policy within Retail Banking which will later be modified and distributed enterprise wide. The UDAAP policy created focused on actions involved in sales practices and marketing strategies.

Regulation -E Compliance Implementation of a process to ensure USD & Foreign Dollar wire transfers are in compliance with the CFPB issued rule to amend Regulation E, which implements the Electronic Fund Transfer Act.

Customer Value Statement (CVS) Played a key role in the creation of a Customer value statement which expressed Associates Bank core beliefs toward the value of the Customer. The customer value statement will be used to identify and connect with the consumer. Additionally, the CVS allows for Associates Bank Colleagues to be aware of the priorities and goals of the company.

Nautilus Systems Played a key role in data mining and data warehousing which led to the creation of workflows within Nautilus for Default Services. Creation of the workflows will allow automated analysis of large volumes of data generated within the Default servicing department.

TenA Mortgage Quality Control - Loan Audit Software Assisted with defining the requirements needed to convert from four (4) documents types to 180 document types. This conversion was part of the Nautilus Systems enhancements for Default Services.

Ten Steps (Project Management Process) Part of the Project team that created the Ten Step" project management process for the PMOs within Associated Bank. This process was incorporated within to help project managers successfully manage projects of all kinds. The Ten Step Project Management Process was selected as the methodology of choice for managing projects because of its flexibility and scalable approach.
