Interests and future objectives
To develop my expertise in data processing (techniques and solution development).
Previous involvements and experiences
2010 2013: Ph.D. Student Researcher, computer and mathematics, at Tohoku University
Scope: Application of KDD in intelligent network management.
Designed a multiagent solution for processing system data using DASH as an agent platform.
Developed solutions for (1) extraction and integration of information features, (2) reducing
numerosity of retained system data, and (3) interpretation of data from the retention facility.
2004 2007: RF Planning and Optimization Engineer
Affiliation: Celtel Tanzania Ltd (now Airtel), Tanzania.
(1) Monitored/analyzed key performance indicators of a GSM radio access network in a daily basis.
(2) Planned, surveyed and optimized GSM radio access network.
(3) System administered the distributed PlanetEV planning tool.
