Detailed Work Experience
2000 to Present -- Internet Services Coordinator for San Jose/Evergreen Community College District. Webmaster for
District Intranet web applications; administered
Windows IIS 4 and IIS 5 Servers, Windows FrontPage extensions,
Dreamweaver and application training for authors on internet and intranet sites. Migrated Windows 2000 versions of Server and Office applications from the NT 4.0 environment.

photography, and video.
Computer Training and Documentation Specialist for East Side Union High School District Information Systems extensive training and support program for a consortium of school districts through the upgrade
to a new student data administration system. Conducted training
classes in Word,
Excel, SASIxp and FileMaker Pro. Created print and online training and support documentation while conducting extensive
help desk support. Created and maintained the training and information website and
newsletter.
Staff Secretary for Special Education at the East Side Union High School District office. Secretarial and clerical support for the Program Specialists. Responsibilities included facilitating
and coordinating transportation for students with learning, emotional, and physical handicaps, preparing documentation to track and support transportation;
creating and maintaining database files to reflect transportation changes for accounting purposes. Familiar with Special Education law, programs and terminology in the State of California, including local requirements.
Instructor for Adult Education, teaching Community Education classes for
Excel, Word, Introduction to Computer hardware and software, and the basics of
HTML.
Career Center Technician. Set up and maintained LAN hardware and software for career-oriented
software. Created website to facilitate student use of career information and employment opportunities. Assisted students writing resumes and cover letters.
Arranged and promoted through announcements, flyers and posters career/college presentations and field trips, acting as a major resource for career/college information and software training to students and staff.
Library Technician. Set up, maintained, and supervised computer network for student research, using

overhead transparencies for PowerPoint presentations.

Electron Beam photolithograhy Specialist for MicroFab Systems Corporation, a full service photomask supplier for the semiconductor industry. Supervised second shift operators in
computer-assisted design and step-and-repeat implementation of microcircuitry; assisted in the planning, mapping, and production of sub micron microcircuitry on glass substrates.
