The MLR is used by managers to report plant performance as well as engineers to investigate problem material.Developed a standardized yield calculation for MEMC worldwide.Designed and wrote ODS User and Engineering Manual.Taught data retrieval from the ODS to line technicians, engineers and managers.Maintained a separate ODS testing environment, used for testing improvements and engineering experiments .Member of the World Wide Reporting Team, tasked with standardizing all major reports between plants.

Line operator responsible for the growth of silicon crystals used in the manufacturing of integrated circuits.
