Technical skills:
* Can set up and maintain welding machines such as
(stick)SMAW, (MIG)GMAW, (Flux Core)FCAW, &
(TIG)GTAW.
* Expertise in E-6010 & E-7018 electrodes and MIG.
* Welded components in flat, vertical, and overhead
positions.
* Chipped and grinded off excess weld, slag, and
spatter, using hand scrapers and power chippers,
portable grinders, and arc-cutting equipment.
* Welded separately and in combination, steel, and
aluminum.
* Connected and turned regulator valves to activate
and adjust gas flow and pressure so that desired
flames were obtained.
* Recognized, set up, and operated hand and power
tools common to the welding trade, such as
shielded metal arc and gas metal arc welding
equipment.
* Honest, friendly, outstanding communication
skills.
