Looking for Business Analyst

6+ years experience working as a Business Analyst with exceptional record of delivering cost effective, high performance technology solutions to meet challenging business demands. Extensive qualifications in all facets of information systems methodology from conceptual design through documentation, implementation, user training, quality review, and enhancement.Excellent communication skills.

Technical Skills:

Business / Process Analysis: Proficient with feasibility analysis, impact analysis

Software: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Visio, MS Office Suite

Operating System : Windows 95/98/2000/XP/Vista

Rational Tools: Rational Requisite Pro, Rational Rose 6.0

SDLC Methodologies: RUP, Agile, Waterfall methodologies

RDBMS:SQL Server 2000, 2005, Oracle9i &10g

Experience:

Experience in gathering requirement, elaborating, documenting and managing business requirements from project inception thru release. Proficient in various phases of System Development Life Cycle spanning over Requirement, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance.

In-depth knowledge of writing Business Requirement Document(BRD) and Use Case specifications. Proficient technical writing skills with experience in multiple forms of documentation including Vision Documents, Use-Case Specifications, SRS, FRS and creating/editing user manuals.

Strong Experience in analyzing, establishing and maintaining general accounting systems at all company levels to properly record all Financial transactions in the books of accounts and records in accordance with sound accounting principles with adequate internal control.

Analytical, Methodical and Resourceful approach to problem solving, identifying root causes and corrective actions to meet short term and long term business, financial and system requirements. Highly motivated worthy team player with the ability to lead, manage and work in all environments to meet target. Excellent communication and written skills..Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, SQL.
