1. Developed TEMP, Quality and Environmental Test plans for the Tactical Jammer (TACJAM) program.
2. Conducted the First Article and Environmental Test of the TACJAM sub-assemblies and the as-built integrated system.
3. Participated in the operational testing of the TACJAM, TRAILBLAZER, PATRIOT and MAGIC MAST systems with the Operational Test and Evaluation Activity (OTEA).
4. Participated in the US Army's first Mini Trial as the Governments only credible witness in a 4 million-dollar claim by AEL Corporation against the Government for cost over runs on the TACJAM. My testimony resulted in a claim reduction of 2 million dollars for which I was recognized by Vint Hill Farms Chief Legal Counsel.
