transactional law, tax planning, labor law, employment law, real property law, corporate law, construction law, and general consultation. Principal focus of practice since 1998 has been representing dentists and oral surgeons.
1993-1996: General Counsel for theChristensen Boyles Corporation in its world-wide drilling and
manufacturing activities in all legal issues: transactional contract drafting, environmental law and labor law issues, contract document drafting and general corporate administration.
1976-1998: Represented a wide range of small business enterprises and non-profit enterprises in
transactional, tax planning, labor law, real property law, corporate law, and general consultation. Strong transactional experience during this period.
1987-1992: Retained by the Design Professional Insurance Company regarding various construction
-law Litigation claims on Utah and California building projects.
1986-1987: Drafted the revisions to the statewide construction documents on contract with the
Department of Facilities Construction and Management, State of Utah.
1985-1988: Under contract with the University of California, Berkeley, Department of Facilities
Management, I was the lead attorney in a project to redraft the construction documents for the University of California, system-wide.
1982-1990: Drafted construction documents and provided legal services for the construction of the
Four Campus construction projects for the University of California, Berkeley, as General Counsel for The Gustavson Group, Inc., Project Managers.
1982-1985: Drafted the construction documents for University Medical Center at Tucson, Arizona, Hospital Expansion Project
