Project: Micro-fabrication of a sensor capable of detecting parameters like acceleration, flow and tilt in 1D using

MEMS technology. Results: device was micro fabricated.

Senior Project (August 2008 May 2009)

MEMS Vacuum sensor and flow sensor on worked-SiC substrate

Results: Device micro fabricated and tested.

Advisor: Dr. Hasan

Technical skills

Knowledge in designing and modeling of a pressurized water reactor.

Software experience: LabVIEW, Matlab, MathCAD, ProE, ANSYS, AutoCAD, COMSOL Multiphysics, Sandia

Design tools (SUMMiT V), and Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge in design and fabrication of MEMS/ASIC devices using the principles of semiconductors such as:

etching, photolithography, deposition, soft lithography, etc.
