Webmaster/Internet Communications Officer, November 2008 present:

Administered and maintained SharePoint website for Military Outreach for Service, built

chapter sites, posted news and announcements, built and maintained active employment

page, added PayPal feature, created successful election function, administered and assisted

users, created Facebook presence, built other web functionality as requested, assisted

Responsible for day-to-day management of multimillion dollar information technology

project; oversaw work of five employees and up to 22 contractors on five contracts

working in plan, develop and implement end-to-end state of the art document

management system.

Led project to plan, design, and implement state of the art translation memory

system to improve translation of tax administration for limited-English proficient

taxpayers.
