Producer of over 500 live, interactive television programs for K-12 teachers and students [1998-
2010]. These programs have been delivered by satellite, cable television and webcasting to schools
in Tennessee and Alabama. Over 100 recent programs are available for on-demand viewing on the
Satellite and Webcasting Center program archive (http://www.mtsu.edu/~itsc).
Producer of Family Centered Community Building, a telecourse featuring former Vice-President Al
Gore and nationally-known experts in the field of community-building [2001-2003].
Producer of Dyslexia Across Generations: Fox Professional Development Conference (October
2002), a live, interactive teleconference broadcast by satellite. Produced for the Tennessee Center
for the Study and Treatment of Dyslexia.
Producer of two American Democracy national video-conferences featuring former Vice-President
Al Gore for the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (Media and Democracy,
November 11, 2003; Race and Democracy, November 18, 2003).
Executive producer of over 200 hours of satellite and webcasting training for social workers
produced for the Tennessee Department of Children s Services in collaboration with the Tennessee
Center for Child Welfare (2004-2010).
Producer of the Fox Professional Development Conference (April, 2005), a live, interactive

Co-Producer and still graphics designer for Prevention Through Understanding: Investigating
Unexpected Infant Death, a training video for first responders to death scenes involving infants
produced for the Tennessee Department of Health in collaboration with the MTSU Adams Chair of
Excellence in Health Care Services [Original video produced 2002-2003; updated version produced
2006-2007].
Co-producer and Scriptwriter for Fostering Positive Behavior (Produced and Directed by David
Smith and Pat Jackson), a three-DVD training video for social workers produced for the Tennessee
Department of Children s Services in collaboration with the Tennessee Center for Child Welfare
[2005]. The video won a 2006 Bronze Telly Award.
Co-Producer of Teaching American History: The Cumberland River Valley Consortium video
series, a set of instructional DVD s produced for K-12 teachers in collaboration with the Center for
Public History at MTSU [2006].
Executive Producer for Tennessee Iron Furnace Trail (Produced and written by Caneta Hankins and
Pat Jackson; supported by a grant to Gail Fedak, Pat Jackson and Constance R. Schmidt), a
documentary video produced in collaboration with the Center for Historic Preservation at MTSU
[2006-2007]. The video won a 2007 Bronze Telly Award.
Executive Producer for Pathways to Permanence (Produced and directed by David Smith and Pat
Jackson), a two-DVD training video for social workers produced for the Tennessee Department of
Children s Services in collaboration with the Tennessee Center for Child Welfare [2007]. The

Executive Producer for The Land and the Legacy: The Stories of Tennessee s Century Farms
(Produced and written by Caneta Hankins and Pat Jackson; supported by a grant to Gail Fedak, Pat
Jackson and Constance R. Schmidt), a series of four documentaries concerning Tennessee s
Century Farms produced in collaboration with the Center for Historic Preservation at MTSU.
