For IDBIOMETRICS, Kairos Technology Group served as the technology development arm and integrated Facial Recognition technology into a Digital Video Recorder.

2007 - 2008 Expert Witness / Litigation Consultant - General Motors, General Electric, Whirlpool

My clients were sued by a patent holder and I served as a defense expert witness evaluating the claims of the patents and providing litication strategy to challenge the patents as well as to invalidate the economic damages claim.

2006 - Present Intelligent Transportation Video (ITV), St. Petersburg, FL.

I founded ITV and later brought in a management team to run the company day to day. I continue to serve as the CTO. ITV manufactures hardware and software to push intelligence to the traffic cabinet at an intersection. Some of the more unique applications are a bluetooth passive vehicle tracking system that provides cities with real time traffic times and origin - destination study capabilities.

2005 - Present Kairos Technology Group Chief Technology Officer

Kairos Technology Group manages complex technology development projects involving overseas development resources. Current customers include Geographic Information Systems, an Intelligent Transportation video project, and others.

2004-2005 KAPTURENET Washington, D. C.Chief Technology Officer

I recruited and lead the development team for this startup targeting the police mobile video market, my team developed an embedded Linux mobile digital video recording system for the the police car and networked it with multiple video cameras, real time GPS positioning, full sensor input (nuclear, biological, chemical) turning each police car into an intelligent, roaming sensor network with all live video and telemetry transmitted in real time to police headquarters. 2004 PeerLinx Bristol, TN., Chief Executive Officer / Chief Technology Officer

I conceived a company to use unlicensed public spectrum wireless frequencies as the last mile link. PeerLinx was the first integrated telecommunications provider offering telephone (VoIP) and Internet using unlicensed wireless networks. 1998 IPAXS, Tampa, FL Chief Executive Officer

I organized IPAXS and we became the first to deliver very large scale Voice over IP telephone softswitch on Unix (Solaris) platform with the power and reliability necessary for large telephone carriers. 1997 EDIX, San Diego, CA Chief Technology Officer

I designed a secure nationwide online real time distributed medical records system that collected over 50,000 transactions daily, remotely processed the information using over 3,000 home based employees, and then returned it to the appropriate healthcare facility. 1987-1991 Home Shopping Network, Clearwater, FL Subsidiary President

I ran the subsidiary that did all the extreme technology work for Home Shopping Network. I managed 180 employees and a 12 million dollar budget. The systems I designed created the world s largest call center and automated voice response system handling over 65 million calls annually. The first year my system went online, sales increased by over 400 million dollars. I received several US and international patents for this system. 1981-1987 Precision Systems, St. Paul, MN Founder / President / Chief Executive Officer

I founded this company to build low cost mainframe computer applications. I become a pioneer in Interactive Voice Response telephone systems. Our major market was for telephone banking, suppling applications like touch tone balance retrieval, funds transfers etc. to some of the largest banks in the United States. I supervised 12 book keeping persons and implemented a cash management program that saved the city over $200,000 annually. I managed the process of converting from punch cards to an online computer system and designed and developed an online accounting system for the city.
