Responsible for all aspects of Information Systems Management from startup of this cutting edge Web Developer who built complex sites for Fortune 500 companies using ColdFusion, ASP, XML, etc. Duties included budgeting, systems design, procurement, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. We used a multi-platform internal network with the programmers on Windows NT Workstation or Win2000 and the designers on Macs running OS-9. My Webmaster duties included creating and posting new sites on our webservers and doing the necessary DNS changes on our own DNS server. I worked with Network Solutions to register scores of domains and redirect DNS to our DNS server so that we could manage all DNS aspects for our clients. We hosted over 80 client sites on our webservers that were originally located in a co-location facility. I eventually set up our own co-location facility within our offices and hosted some of our clients' webservers there as well as our own on a DS-3(T-3) line. I was in charge of managing Network Address Translation on our routers as well as the hubs. We needed to stream QuickTime movies for a client so I set up a movie Server on a Macintosh G-4 running OS-X. Also responsible for evaluating and purchasing all new software used in the firm.
