Experienced writer who works well under daily, deadline-driven pressures. Hired in Austin and tasked with turning around the under-performing morning newscasts. Nine months later, the ratings especially the wake-up hours had shot much higher thanks to the hard work of my morning news team. I was then moved to a dayside shift and asked to take a look at how we do things in the evening, while still overseeing some aspects of the morning show to keep it strong. I am energetic and innovative. I love finding new ways to solve problems and push forward creatively.

I believe the most effective manager is a good listener, optimistic in both good times and bad but always realistic, flexible and willing to adapt. I think you should be confident in order to lead, while having the ability to successfully coach, train and inspire those following you. My management experience is still evolving, but I hope to emulate the best qualities of the best managers I’ve had so far in my career.

@Aszilag oh wow, I kind of doubted closing arguments would take place the same day Nestande testified...

@Aszilag still think it could go long? 2.5 hours of rebuttal witnesses seems unlikely, and I would assume the defense is done?
