SIGNIFICANT PROJECT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1100 Ton Automatic Transfer Press Line Installation.
Specified, purchased, and supervised installation of an 1100 ton automatic transfer press along
with ancillary equipment including an electronic servo controlled parts transfer, coil feeding
system, and die exchange system. Value of investment $2,500,000.
Inter & Intra-plant Press Line Relocations.
Coordinated several relocations of stamping press lines ranging in size from 200 ton to 600 ton.
New Overhead 15 Ton Crane.
Semi-Truck Interior Drive-Thru.
Worked with contractors to modify a section of the facility to allow semi-trucks to enter the plant
from an adjacent city street, through a new overhead doorway and exit at the opposite side of the
plant. Project included obtaining City Engineering approval, installing a new overhead doorway,
modifying an existing overhead crane runway, and constructing a new floor slab with a drainage
trench.
