* Actively participated in the development of the repair procedure of all mainshaft bearings for 2 key GE jet engines which resulted in a significant improvement in bearing capacity

* Lead the team to qualify FAG Germany as an alternate source for all mainshaft bearings for the GE90 engine.

* Developed new hardware inspection check list and utilized it for inspection of production hardware during new supplier qualification.

* Coordinated cost reduction effort for the GE90 engine program as a focal point for Bearing Seals and Drives group.

* Updated GE90 engine manual resulting in cost reduction of an engine inspection at overhaul facility.

* Led the team to complete the Rig Test for the #3 Oil Distributor to determine distributor efficiency, test results were used to establish an inspection and repair limits of the part.
