I am a technologist, an interactive art director, and a producer. I focus on helping to conceive of and create projects that combine emotion and technology to make stories and ideas more meaningful and entertaining.

I have teamed up with brands such as SBC, Truvia, Microsoft, and District Clothing, as well as non-profits like The Gates Foundation, NWFF, and Teachers Without Borders. I love finding creative and interesting ways to solve problems.

I have US, Canadian, and Swiss passports and can legally work in North America and Europe. When I'm not working on client work, I make lamps, ride bikes, and dream up projects to confuse and excite people.

Creature is an international advertising agency where I concept, develop, and produce ideas for global brands and companies. Each project is different and I work in a variety of roles including User Experience Architect (EA), Interaction Designer, Producer, and Strategist. (see creature)

Freelance / Producing, Coding, Managing

July 2007 - Current

As a freelancer, I headed-up projects ranging from microsites and interactive displays for The Gates Foundation, to desktop and mobile sites for startups, non-profits, and politicians. I have managed teams and created projects on my own.

Teachers Without Borders / Director of Technology

Feb 2009 - June 2011

I created and managed projects, such as a multilingual social collaboration platform, emergency management tools, group SMS surveys and notification systems, and one-off projects that helped teachers and partner organizations. (see TWB)

Sandbox Studio/Freelance / Digital Tech and Retoucher

Feb 2009 - June 2011

I worked for studios and independent photographers helping run and create digital workflows and systems. I also worked on retouching and shoots for Miller Brewing, Tommy Hilfiger, Italian Vogue, W Magazine, etc.
