III. Summary of Professional skills and / or expertise
I have worked in Iraq, in the Basra area (April 2003-August 2003). I worked a project called Task Force Rio (Restore Iraqi Oil). It was for the U.S. Government. We cleared UXO from well heads, pipe lines, gas oil separation plants, and other areas. We also conducted demolition operations.
I worked on CEA (Captured Enemy Ammunition) Task Force-7, AOR Iraq as a Team Leader. Identified, inventoried, and destroyed captured enemy ammunition In Iraq (Sep. 2003-Aug. 2004).
I worked on CMC (Coalition Munitions Clearance) Project as a Team Leader. Supervised team members to find and destroy UXO in Iraq (Aug. 2004-Dec. 2006).
I worked as an EOD Site Supervisor at Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan from March 2008-December 2011. I supervised up to 72 personnel conducting BAC and mine clearance operations. Personnel were using Schonstedts and Valens. I disarmed mines, conducted training for the task being performed, wrote SOP, submitted clearance reports on areas cleared to the Mine Action Center on Bagram Air Base. I was responsible for safety and quality control of the work site. I can work with Microsoft Office.
