Daily operations manager of the Rowan Geospatial Research Lab. Developed
implementation strategies for the National Guard GIS Internship program and currently
overseeing students as they progress through the work plan. Developing and maintaining the
campus GIS base data for use in on-campus applications, such as Facilities Management and
Public Safety. Teach two GIS-related courses within the Geography Department each
semester.

Created, reviewed and managed geographic data related to Cross Acceptance, Plan
Endorsement and State Plan updates. Coordinated updates of the State Plan GIS data and
metadata. Reviewed applications for and managed community visioning Smart Future
Grants. Authored Community Visioning Standards for the Plan Endorsement process.
Conducted research on transportation projects within the State. Developed and maintained
databases pertaining to Cross Acceptance, Plan Endorsement and Main Street programs.
Adjunct Professor Geography Department, Rowan University, Glassboro, NJ

Developed lectures and assignments dealing with advanced geographic concepts, database
management and geospatial data manipulation. Authored a working class session dealing
with GPS and GIS integration. Courses taught include introductory as well as advanced GIS.
Topics covered include mapping science, cartography, GIS concepts, database management,
spatial analysis, network analysis, and regression models.
