Experience Summary

Mr. Warsi has extensive managerial and on-site practical experience of electro mechanical multimillion construction and maintenance projects, in various capacities from site engineer to consultant engineer to design, installation and testing of pipelines of drinking water, steam, fire fighting, sewer mains along with installation of boilers, chiller units, packaged units, air handling units, split units and supply /return ducting and computerized building management system.

Key Qualifications

Supervised the installation team on site for excavation, pipe laying and testing for drinking water, process pipes, fire fighting and sewage systems as per ASTM, AISI, ASME codes

Installed from 60 ton nominal to 500 ton nominal capacity centrifugal /reciprocating chillers, 50 ton to 250 ton Packaged units, 3.5 ton to 20 ton of split units along with all electronic controls.

Designed air conditioning ducting system for air supply and return, all purpose piping system and drain system according to SMACNA, ASHRAE and IEEE standards and codes

Administered the monthly meeting as project co-coordinator and to discuss on financial impact on additional works requested by client

Lead the inspection team on site for testing of electro-mechanical installation on completed projects

Evaluated the project estimation of mechanical works along with materials and manpower

Fully conversant with project management software namely MS Project 2000 and Primavera

Command on MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Visual Basic net programming
