Integration Test Engineer/System Test Lead

* Integration testing of COTS product (EPOCH V4) with Air Force CCS-C system, conduct meetings and coordinate issue resolution with the product group. Monitor and track issue status; generate metrics. CCS-C is the Air Force system for command and control of its fleet of satellites.

* Lead ISI integration effort for competition phase of contract for GPS fleet of satellites.

* Installation and checkout of software releases.

* As the Test Lead, I had lead the effort to deliver system test plan CDRL A033Rev F. This led to the closure of 1200+ issues compared with nominal average of 500 issues for other deliveries.

* Plan and track testing of software releases, conduct tests. Documented the process for test report generation, tracking and inclusion of software release test reports in the CDRL A033.

* Reconcile/resolve status of issues from older Software releases in order to close out test reports.

* Lead the verification effort for Wideband Gapfiller Satellite (WGS) pseudo telemetry (DLRV). This involved coding of payload and platform algorithms in EXCEL spreadsheets in order to compare against outputs from C/C++ code. There were 663 platform DLRVs defined in 82 algorithms and 2735 payload DLRVs & 35 equations. Wrote procedures for each algorithm to provide a set of inputs such that all paths were traversed within the code.

System Engineer/ Risk Manager

* Automated data collection for the generation of metrics for Program Status Review (PSR). Wrote Perl scripts to retrieve data from various CM databases, import data into spreadsheets and generate various metrics using array formulas in EXCEL.

* As the Risk Manager, created a baseline product from general requirements. Produced specific mitigation strategies and milestones from general risk descriptions. Wrote Risk Management Process.

* Maintain a database of program risks for CCS-C project.

* Coordinate updates, classification and mitigation with risk-owners and present at meetings.

* Monitor and track risk status; generate various metrics for PSR.

Database Lead

* As Database Lead for I&T Division, perform database analysis, design, development and testing for various projects. Tasks include database definition from customer requirements, ICDs and meetings.

* Write PL/SQL scripts to facilitate data input from user database to ORACLE based EPOCH 2000 Database. Wrote a database O&M manual usable by any project with the exception of one chapter, which would cover details specific for that project.

* Conduct training on the usage of Database product.

* For the EOS AQUA project, re-wrote the data ingest scripts to include error handling. This allowed the customer to pin point errors easily.

* For the EOS AURA project, led a team of 3 developers to design and develop a database ingest to allow for conversion of customer data into EPOCH 2000 database formats.

* Customize EPOCH 2000 to facilitate integration of NASA EOS AQUA/AURA satellites. EPOCH 2000 is COTS package for Satellite Ground System Command and Control.

* Wrote application programs to adapt EPOCH 2000 for various projects. Write device drivers to interface with COTS product (EPOCH 2000).
