Having worked with a startup for the past year, I've learned a great deal about software project management, equity analysis, and software development with Ruby. Most of my (coding) work at ValueOutlook.com involved Data Mining (via web scraping, APIs, and other sources like CSV) and subsequent visualization of that data via Rails and Javascript. See the 'PRODUCT DEMO' section for a peek at my latest R&D Project at ValueOutlook, which I coded in essentially one day.
While my work at ValueOutlook was and is very stimulating, I recognize the uniqueness of the work and am open to a variety of positions, including sales, project management and, of course, coding. I am keeping a fairly open mind for this next job so please do the same for me. Of particular interest are junior level positions in commercial underwriting and other types of investment analysis.
