Primary official for leading, directing, staffing and training the Training and Doctrine Command Engineer Directorate consisting of an Engineering and Energy Environmental Divisions.

Principal official responsible for the Military Construction planning, program management, sustainment, restoration and modernization of 50 installation totaling over 6.8 Billion Dollars.

Improved the quality of life for over 450,000 resident students by upgrading antiquated barracks, classrooms and training facilities.

Commended for obtaining over 90 Million Dollars in funding to rebuild the Ft. Leonard Wood housing area that was destroyed by tornados and obtaining over 30 Million Dollars to rebuild the dilapidated Ft. Jackson Reception Station.

Restructured and reorganized the Directorate resulting in a more efficient and better focused organization.

Oversaw the multi-billion dollar Training Barracks Upgrade Program.

Led and planned infrastructure upgrades and executed the 250 Million Dollar new Headquarters project, planned the Special Operations Headquarters project and Joint Inter-Agency Task Force South Headquarters Project.

Led the strategic planning, coordination and synchronization with the Joint Staff, USAID, DOD, NGOs and the interagency community during multiple natural disasters.

Developed multiple duty position descriptions included reorganizing the Directorate.

Excelled during numerous humanitarian, engineering and logistical missions involving a well planned, coordinated and synchronized effort.

Led the way planning, coordinating and executing engineering support during the Haiti Earthquake relief mission.

Washington D.C. 2003 - 2005

Served as the Defense Intelligence Agency Facility Engineer and Logistics Division Chief. Responsible for the supervision of over 100 military and Government Employees.

Primary official for directing, executing and overseeing over 500 Million Dollars worth of new construction, renovations, operations maintenance of the Agency Headquarters Expansion Project.

Personally managed two multimillion dollar General Engineering and Program Management contracts in support of the Agency.

Successfully reorganized the staff into a Project Management Branch, Engineering Plans Branch, Special Service and Safety Branch.

Reorganized and rebuilt the moral of the Logistic Division that provided critical support to the U.S. Global War on Terrorism.

Saved the Government money by significantly reducing redundant services within assigned contracts.

Executive Officer Operations Officer, 92nd Engineer Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division

Ft. Stewart, GA 2001 - 2003

Battalion Executive Officer of a 500 Soldier Engineer Battalion. Responsible for managing and executing a 2 Million Dollar budget.

Second in Command responsible for the leadership, vision, strategic direction, operations, maintenance, logistics and staff management of the Battalion.

Responsible for obtaining and fielding new vehicles, weapons and equipment for a battalion that deployed to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).

Led the way while establishing Base Camps, constructing Base Camps and mine clearing operations during OIF.

Battalion Operations Officer. Responsible for strategic planning, training, operations and the readiness of the battalion and its coalition members.

Deployed as the only MAJ in charge of the Battalion Staff to Afghanistan for Operation Enduring Freedom. Prepared personnel, vehicles and equipment for OEF OIF.

Chief Engineer, Base Camp Coordinating Agency, Engineer Brigade

3rd Infantry Division, Bosnia Herzegovinian 2000 - 2001

Chief Engineer of the Base Camp Coordinating Agency for the 3rd Infantry Division while deployed to Bosnia during Operation Joint Forge.

Responsible for a robust staff of Engineers and Logisticians.

Primary officer for planning, constructing and managing Base Camp Construction, infrastructure development and Operations Maintenance of four major base camps and eight minor U.S. Base Facilities.

Principle officer responsible for the execution of over 400 projects totaling over 250 million dollars to include the engineer portion of the 400 Million Dollar Balkan Support Contract.

President of the Joint Acquisition Review Board. Responsible for committee planning, voting and the acquisition of millions of dollars in contractual requirements, contracts, supplies, resources and construction funding.

Primarily responsible for saving the Government over 11 Million Dollars by reducing large quantities in the Engineer portion of the Balkan Support Contract.
