Research Summary My Master's research includes development of a query by content
database system for still images using Visual C++ on a Windows NT
environment. Unlike traditional Content Based retrieval systems,
this software allows the user to choose rotationally and positionally
invariant properties of an image in order to more generalize a given
search. My research focused on ways to improve match rates and match
accuracy in order to make it easier for a user to track down the proper
item in the database.
Professional Summary Proven professional with extensive skill in Software Engineering and
team management. Motivated leader with business experience and a
background in both computer engineering and economics. I have spent
many years doing extensive programming as well as managing groups of
programmers. I have been responsible for the streamlining of corporate
operations through information technology and have extensive marketing
and design skills.
