Summary

After obtaining my high school diploma, I decided to get into physical work. I have had several jobs working outdoors. Construction labor and working as a courier exposed me to all kinds of working weather conditions. I have worked in low temps. in the winter and high temps. in the summer. Being a delivery driver in the past, I ran into a lot of dogs, as well. I am computer literate and have good typing skills. I have also worked around cranes in house framing.

Objectives

My objective is to be an effective worker. To execute what I am asked to do and what is expected of me. I have an interest in construction work and don't mind working in a construction environment. I am always up for a new challenge. I plan to gain much experience in different fields of work.

October 2008– December 2008: Carpenter's Assistant Maxton Builders, LLC, Columbus, Ohio, United StatesAssist carpenter's in house framing. Measure and cut lumber. Worked with a nail gun. Nail straps with hammer. Set up walls and lay floors. Basically, build houses from the ground up.

November 2008– June 2011: Package Handler Fed Ex Ground, Grove City, OH, United StatesSorting packages by zip code. Unloading packages from truck trailer.

December 2008– April 2009: Assembler/ Warehouse worker ACT- I temp agency ( Philips Ryder), Groveport, OH, United StatesInspect electronic equipment for defects. Wrap skids of boxes with plastic. Program TV's .

August 2006– November 2007: Courier DHL, Kalamazoo, MI, United StatesDeliver and pick up packages. Make residential and commerical deliveries. Type up shipments on computer. Fill out paperwork.

Interpersonal Skills
