Achievements:Commissioned IT component of new plant on time and under budget.Developed scope and details for re-negotiation of materials handling contract and achieved cost savings of more than 10%.Developed models to determine best practices for running the new plant.Developed transportation processes to minimise handling and enable rail transport to carry 40% more product.
