MAJOR APPLICATIONS & PROJECTSOnline Plagiarism Detector Website (Currently in development): An online plagiarism detector that allows anyone to scan a document to check for plagiarism. The system can e-mail the checked document to a professor or employer for verification of a document’s integrity. Produced a Problem statement, Use cases, Conceptual design, functional specification, Project schedule Gantt chart, and front side and back side code. Technologies Used: Ruby on Rails, HTML, mySQL, JavaScript, Apache server, UML 2.0.Brain-Computer Interface Request for Proposal: An Extensive well-organized persuasive grant proposal that educate the reader on the need for a Brain-Computer Interface using the p300 brain wave. The proposal contains an Abstract, Executive summary, Budget, a Gantt chart schedule and a research bibliography.3D First Person shooter game: Led a team in designing and implementing a 3D first person shooter game. The game consisted of targets moving around the 3D environment. When a target was hit it would shrink to it size and be worth twice the amount of point. The player had 30 second to gain as many point as possible. Technologies Used: OpenGl, C#, .NetLisp-like command line Interpreter: Over 4 month developed a command line Interpreter in Java that contained LISP-like syntax, commands, declaration, expression, blocks, abstracts, modules, and polymorphic types. The Interpreter included over 52 fully documented Java classes. Technologies Used: JavaUNIX System Administration: Expertise in creating UNIX administration scripts in Perl, c shell, Bourne shell, and korn shell. Scripts that add and remove many users are once, to monitor the top process or users of a possessor of disk space. Technologies Used: Perl, Solaris.
