Maternal and Child Health Bureau, Health Resources and Services Administration. Directed the Program Development Staff and served as the Bureau’s Evaluation Officer. Responsible for evaluation, strategic planning, performance measures, Government Performance Results Act (GPRA) reports and plans, Program Assessment Rating Tool (PART) responses, and program policy development, 1999 - 2006.HIV/AIDS Bureau, Health Resources and Services Administration. Served as senior staff member, Office of Science and Epidemiology. Participated in management, evaluation, planning, and research activities concerning HIV/AIDS programs, 1997 – 1999.Division of Facilities Compliance and Recovery, Bureau of Health Resources Development, Health Resources and Services Administration. Responsible for management, evaluation, strategic planning, and research for programs of medical care for the indigent, as well as program policy development, 1988 – 1997.U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on Appropriations, Surveys and Investigations Staff.
