- Modeled the benefits of a $200 million recapitalization plan for the regional natural gas, water and wastewater service provider that included an accelerated borrowing schedule and improved debt ratios
- Structured a multi-tiered bond financing that combined senior, subordinated, taxable, and tax-exempt bonds with maturities from 2011 through 2035
- Built an Excel model to enhance Morgan Stanley's standard bond-sizing program, which helped our team improve the Utility System's leverage ratios, resulting in a 3-notch rating upgrade from S&P and cheaper financing
