Overview
Over 30 years in national and international Projects related in heavy industrial Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, QA/QC, Hookup, Completion, Commissioning, Inspection, Turnover, P.M.'s, Preservation, and Maintenance. Emphasis on executing corporate Quality Control and Assurance, Commissioning, Completion, Inspection programs with major oil companies in all areas of Instrumentation, Electrical, Power Generation/Distribution, Telecomm, Vendor Packaged equipment and Industrial process control systems. Provided support to engineering, design, construction and craft groups from initial design, feed, purchasing, construction kick off and into completion. Have worked in all preliminary phases including; Construction Managing, Estimating, Purchasing, Planning, Forecasting and Staffing. Completion includes; Loop Checks, Commissioning, Change Orders and final start up. Developed and/or reviewed and followed ITP's, FAT's and SAT's at each level of required hold points. Following construction activities, supporting RFI's, NCR's, RFQ's, and Punch List items including walk downs, close out and/or carry over for Commission and Completion Teams. Monitored work packages of systems from beginning through final Mechanical Completion, Commissioning Acceptance, Start up for/with Client and final turnover & close out. Worked as Client Representative for Majors Oil & Gas Companies and Client Rept. in third Party Inspections, using current drawings, schedules, Project Specifications and the latest Codes from Local, State, National, and International Agencies. Ssupported all inspections with detailed reports. Can supply any and all equipment needed for most applications.

* Inspection includes all avenues of Reporting, Forecasting, and Scheduling. Inspection verifications, final close out, FAT's into shipping release and carrier over.
* Performed audit with Shell/Motiva using Shell spec. EGGS with NETA spec., General Contractor PCL and E&IC Sub -Contractor, with ongoing EPC Project in the fabrication of Up-Stream Explanations. * EPC Grassroots, working LNG Regasification project with Chicago Bridge and Iron (CB&I) and their subcontractors executing ExxonMobil, EMDC- QA/QC program. Performing Inspection and sign off of Telecomm, Instrumentation, Electrical, Power distribution and Control Systems.
* Full support after Hurricane IKE. First responder and recovery. Evaluation and assessments of field installed equipment, warehouse equipment and equipment waiting installation. Worked on scheduling and reinstating for fast track.
* Monitored Hurricane recovery, contractor tooled back up and manned up of a total of 1470 at peak in all area of construction with focus on phase 1 of a 2 phase project. Monitored all phase of E&I work from Power and Power Distribution, DCS and controls telecommunication, Fiber Optic and Safety and Security systems and Equipment during fabrication, installation and construction. Supported Vendors and vendor's equipment from FAT into installation and SAT to final Client turnover.
