Hello, I am Brice Dyal.

I have over 20 years experience as a multi-craft plant electrician/mechanic/millwright including process control, plc's from Allen Bradley Siemens Fujitsu SquareD - Mitsubishi and others, instrumentation controls, spc, qc and crane maintenance. I have experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, upgrading and programming: autoclaves, single and continuous batch processes, fryers, boilers, stacking equipment, sorting equipment, cutting and measuring machines, cement plants, pulp plants, french fry plants, palletizers, stretch wrappers, robotics, automated welding-cutting-forging and casting equipment, wastewater treatment, power production and cranes as well.

I have experience operating, repairing, testing and certifying high voltage equipment from 1kv to 650kv. I have installed, commissioned, troubleshot, repaired and tested switchgear, transformers, reclosers, relays and substation apparatus from 4.16kv to 650kv.

I have written, performed and instructed others on PM'S (preventative and predictive maintenance schedules) and QWI (quality work instructions) being used on production lines and power generation systems that operate 24/7/365. I have also written and maintained PMS and QWI in many production environments to include clean rooms as well as power production / distribution, clean-air explosive manufacturing environments and commercial vehicle maintenance to include meeting OSHA and other federal/state requirements.

I am a hands on technician who learns processes from entry gate to exit gate of the plant site. I am experienced at teaching technicians how to do root cause analysis and applying their analytical skills to the task at hand. I am experienced with startup and commissioning as well as maintaining up time in hazardous environments.

I am extremely goal oriented and happiest with multiple problems to solve, prioritize, delegate and move on to the next one. I am at my best when everything is at its worst.

I would like to have the time and opportunity to improve my communication skills, attend further training, utilize my years of experience to improve/mentor/grow other technicians and advance into a lead or supervisory position myself.

I have spent the majority of my 20 year career as an independent contractor or hiring on for a specific project or job. I am looking for a career job to retire from in roughly 25 years. A position that would allow me to plant roots in the community and get back to coaching youth football and being a volunteer firefighter.
