Animation Lead

10/04 - 03/08 - Monolith Productions,

Animation Lead - Managing and mentoring the Condemned 2 animation team, which

consists of 5 full time animators, while assisting the cinematic team with their

needs. Managing the use of our internal motion capture studio across 3 internal

teams, and 1 external team. Oversaw the purchase and training of our new motion

capture facility and it's current evolution on a company level. Aiding the Primary

Art Lead on animation technology advancements. Overseeing, advising, and scheduling

the creation of all game animation, while still creating my share of the content.

Setting the creative vision and technical tone for all animations in Condemned/Condemned

2. Communicating with departmental leads, design lead, and producer to properly

balance the needs across the C2 team, while meeting the animation team's internal

goals. Working closely with the lead designer on the creation of C2's combat

system, as well as the engineering team on its implementation. Redesigned the

animation pipeline from inception to final use at the onset of production for
