I am currently a Senior at Utah Valley University majoring in Business Management with a concentration in Real
Estate. As you will see from my resume, my most recent jobs have included working as real estate investment
advisor and project manager at a real estate investment firm and a marketing and content manager for a mobile
device management company. Before that, I assisted in managing a 248-bed student apartment complex. Prior to
working in property management, I lead an office for Pinnacle Security directing nearly 25 sales and technician
representatives.
You ll also see that I interned in the office for Woodside Homes, which operated as a multi-family and single-
family residential home developer. What you won t see on my resume is the fact that it has been my life s hobby
to tour residential homes and multi-family properties. I have spent hundreds of hours interacting with Real Estate
agents, property developers, and all different types of tenants. I love interacting with people and have excellent
communication and people skills. In addition to my tenacity, I am very punctual, dependable, and have excellent
sales skills. For these reasons, I think I would be an excellent candidate to be a Leasing Agent as well as perform
any other tasks that you would assign to me. I know what homebuyers are looking for and marketing strategies
that capture these buyers attention.
As for my education, throughout High School I was an honors student with a 3.85 cumulative GPA, deeply
involved in extracurricular activities. I have taken an Interior Design and Construction Documents class to
enhance my design abilities. As an Eagle Scout of America as well as Key Club Vice President, my devotion to
serving others has become evident in my 200+ hours of community service throughout High School. From The
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I attended and graduated from the Church Education System during
my years of High School. In addition to pursuing my bachelor s degree, I plan to earn a Masters Degree in Real
Estate Development and become an exemplary homebuilder and investor.
Moreover I would like to intern in the home building industry and expand my knowledge of real estate in order to
absorb the ins-and-outs of this fascinating field. I would be willing to perform any task asked of me so that I can
