development team. Designed a multi-platform backup solution
for the NT, VMS and Unix development servers. Worked on
the design of a multi-platform "home directory" storage
solution. Consulted on software design, system architecture
and performance issues.

Technologies Group, Manager of Operations. Responsible
for production and development Solaris systems, installed nationwide,
which delivered 7x24 financial information via WWW and Client/Server
applications (MAXXnet).
These systems supported an average 4,100 concurrent users, who generated
about 1 million hits per day. Developed system monitoring tools in
Python, ksh, and awk. Sybase DBA for a web based portfolio
accounting system (MAXXtrack).

trained, budgeted established, and managed a Solaris based IS
system consisting of a relational database and wide area
network. This was for 11 local law enforcement agencies with
350 users covering a region with a 15 mile radius. Re-wrote
8A1 client software (in C, with a CURSES GUI) to Solaris.
