Management across departments to bring consensus to a strategy, evaluation and process for
moving forward with a new vendor for 2006
Food & Restaurant Campaign: Creation of information architecture, UI mock-up, and campaign

2. Public Site Redesign & Development: In April 20, 2006, MPS launched its redesigned Merchant
Services public website. This new site integrated the previously separate Online and Retail sites. In
addition, the platform and support for the online site through an external third party vendor were moved
in-house. Key initiatives included:
Define business requirements, technical requirements, SOW and QA test plan
Liaise with 10 groups within MPS for business requirements, and 9 groups within ISG for
technical implementation and maintenance
Usability studies: competitor analysis, in-person & webex/phone interviews, online survey, task
model sessions, content assessment, sitemap & prototype creation
Define content publishing standards and production process for using Documentum (CMS)
Site tracking and analysis by using MicroStrategy to analyze user behaviors and traffic patterns
Internet Authentication: partner with WF Corporate Web Site Policy team, MPS Compliance team,
and MPS Technology Team to ensure MPS websites to be compliant (FFIEC)
Site Monitoring: partner with WF Corporate Branding and Internet Protocol Address
Administration (IPAA) to prevent any potential online frauds (MarkMonitor)
Security Review for online project: partner with ISG CERD to develop a Flash-based demo
followed the WF online security standard
Lead Forms Migration: Streamlined the back-end application processing by eliminating the
manual email verification step so POS Portal could capture the encrypted data from the lead form
directly
Training & Presentation: Hosted monthly meeting with the key stakeholders at ISG and MPS;
presented the redesign project to the senior management team and at the Town Hall meetings
3. MPS Intranet Redesign & Development: In December 2005, MPS launched its inaugural Intranet.
This resource is available to all Wells Fargo team members who have access to Teamworks. Key initiatives
included:
Acted as the Information Architect, UI Designer and Web Developer to design and develop the
site; a content publisher to manage site content
Defined content publishing standards and production process for using Microsoft Sharepoint (CMS)
Site tracking and analysis by using Webtrends to analyze user behaviors and traffic patterns
Developed the Restricted access for MDC, Admin, Association Compliance and SDC team
Launched the new 2006 Community Support Campaign with events, pictures and video clips

4. Redesign of M2: To evaluate the current MPS Retail Accounting Boarding System, M2, was
implemented in 2003 with the purpose of making breakthrough improvements in the user interface and
navigation. The goal was to make the sales process more efficient and effective by providing a sales tool
that is quicker, better and easier to use.
Redesigned the UI of the key pages based on WF brand standard and MPS intranet visual style
for M2 technical development
Deliverables included new UI mock-up (PSD), cascading style sheet and HTML prototype
5. Redesign of Saddle Up (weekly newsletter)
Redesigned the layout and developed the new content standard of the newsletter based on
Corporate Branding, Legal/Trademark and senior management s feedback
Improved readability by reducing file size (PDF conversion) and leveraging Intranet channel to
centralize attachments

6. Asian Connection Bay Area (WF TMRG): A new Asian Connection Bay Area site was redesigned and
launched on 02/26.
Volunteered to be the visual designer and developer to build and redesign the site
Phase I was complete in 9 weeks that included creating a new UI design and site architecture,
standardizing all photos and converting the word-based form to web form
