As a result of the successful implementation, the new hardware ensured consistent quality of service and lead to no down time.Antivirus remediation – The purpose of the project was to upgrade all the company computers with new anti-virus software. Collected requirements from application support team and corporate security team. Discovered the outdated anti-virus software was hindering the current computers using the older software.
