Made a Project on Inventory stock management in Visual Foxpro

(Inventory handling)

Description: - Inventory management is primarily about specifying the shape and percentage of stocked goods on real time basis. The scope of inventory management concerns the fine lines between replenishment lead time, carrying costs of inventory, asset management, inventory forecasting, inventory valuation, inventory visibility. Balancing these competing requirements leads to optimal inventory levels.

Made a project on Banking; data handling using C, C++ & Graphics.

Description: - Each and every bank must have a document center or a library to keep all the books, journals, documents, drawing, manuals, quality plans, technical specifications, chart etc. in a planned manner. The Banking is computerized system where all the manually codified document number with related information such as document description, year of publication, type of document physical location etc. to be faded. After fading all the necessary information of the entire document, any body can view what types of documents are available in the document centre and where it is physically located? This system has also another facility to keep the track of issuing document of issuing document and there returning records.

Description: -A shopping mall is one or more buildings forming a complex of representing merchandisers, with interconnecting enabling visitors to easily walk from unit to unit, along with a parking area a modern, indoor version of the traditional marketplace.

This project reduces the involvement of human efforts and makes the system faster, easier and the various data available is of real-time. The project can be improved by incorporating the MVC design technique. More of design patterns such as factory patterns can be included in the project.

2:-Desk top application Air-line reservation (core Java, Applet, Swing) (Sql in back-hand).

Description: - Earlier, the Airline Reservation Systems (ARS) used to be standalone systems. Each airline had its own system, disconnected from other airlines or ticket agents, and usable only by a designated number of airline employees.

air travel information is linked, stored, and retrieved by a network of Computer Reservations Systems (CRS), accessible by multiple airlines and travel agents. The global distribution system (GDS) makes for an even larger web of airline information, not only merging the buying and selling of tickets for multiple airlines, but also making the systems accessible to consumers directly. GDS portals and gateways on the Web allow consumers to purchase tickets directly,select seats, and even book hotels. It has also increased the speed with which information about customers are retrieved and handled for flight scheduling tasks.
