Engineered web-driven scheduling and provisioning of concurrent hands-on user demonstrations available worldwide on the open internet.2003-2007: WEB Development Technical Lead for IBM WebSphere Front Office for Financial Markets product partnering with Bloomberg and Reuters. Led the development and test teams which developed the Management, Administration and Auditing Warehouse components using Tivoli, MS-SQL, Crystal, WebSphere J2EE JSF, struts, JSR168 and DB2 on Linux and Windows systems. 2003: Technical Lead for Sprint/Nextel web downloadable media prototype development. Developed a WebSphere Commerce and DB2II prototype initially for Sprint and then for Nextel to manage web site downloadable media content stocking and ordering. The prototype was directly responsible for a $20M contract for web site and e-business software and service.2001-2003: E-business Technical Lead for IBM Financial Solutions Software Development. Complete Product Design and Implementation for B2B bank e-Payment systems using DB2, MQSeries, MQSeries Integrator, Java, C++, HTTPS, S/MIME SMTP, XML on AIX and Windows systems. 2000-2001: Java Development Technical Team Lead - porting Sun’s Java2
SDK to the IBM 64-bit AIX PowerPC platform. Converted all UI components
including AWT, Swing, audio, imaging and Unicode character and fonts.

WebSphere, AIX, Linux, applets and servlets.1998-2000 WEB Development Technical Lead and Webmaster for IBM’s Engineering Products Service Support World-wide Web Sites. Redesign of AIX Supportline infrastructure Perl based CGI servlets to provide higher customer satisfaction with such tools as; downloadable try-and-buy software, international media ordering, automatic user access registration, remote administration services and news bulletin automated email.1996-1998 Successfully converted the US IBM PLM customer support center into a
