Hire, train and supervise 9-10 employees on three shifts insuring corporate production goals are attained. FILL OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR- Air Products, Morrisville, PA 1995 to Plant closing 2008

Hold monthly safety meetings and ensure all applicable safety programs are met according to corporate and OSHA requirements. Provide ongoing support and training enhancements to address new technology and procedural changes. Conduct employee performance appraisals, promotions and discipline. Insure department operations are consistent with ISO mandate.
