Cranbrook in the Field (CITF)
Vinay displayed good leadership on CITF, his speciality being war cries. He led the creation of the team s war cry and was on the front line for many of our major ambush confrontations. The group was sad to see Vinay leave the course a day early, and struggled to ambush with energy and enthusiasm in his absence. Vinay was a willing participant and showed special flair in the camp kitchen. Vinay always behaved appropriately and it was a pleasure to have him on the team.

Cranbrook in the Field Report:
Vinay was a very positive and enthusiastic contributor to the group throughout this year s CITF. He was always at the forefront when it came to establishing camps or undertaking food preparations. This saw him awarded the Timmy award on one occasion, by his peers. At the regular camp meetings he was articulate and thoughtful with his suggestions and observations. Generally, Vinay provided terrific support guidance for the less able members of the group, and drew on the benefits of his previous CITF experiences. Overall, Vinay accomplished a great deal of personal growth during this year s CITF. His good humour, friendship and energy were a valuable asset to the group.
