The primary objective of this position is teaching college freshman level history. I was given much freedom and responsibility with this position as I was assigned to lecture to classes up to five days a week. I created my own lectures using Microsoft PowerPoint and also wrote original quizzes, exams, writing assignments, and other projects for the classes.

The primary objective of this position was teaching college freshman level history (instructor of record). As a result of the assistantship I taught over 20 sections of freshman/sophomore level historical survey courses of World Civilizations I (until 1500), World Civilizations II (from 1500 until the present), and one section of American history.
