Accountant/CPA available immediately for contract or permanent work. I have recently relocated to Honolulu with a great deal of experience in financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, feasibility studies, purchasing and contracts, lender and investor negotiations/relations, cash flow analysis, banking, work in progress and job cost, reconciliation, audit, internal controls, human resources, payroll systems and tax filings, property management, work outs, timeshare and resort/hotel marketing and finance, CAM billing and reconciliations, corporate/partnership and individual tax projections and return preparation. I am proficient in a variety of computer software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook), DealBuilder, TractPie, IBS, QuickBooks Pro, Peachtree, Libra, and a variety of customized accounting packages as well as tax software such as Lacerte, Drake and TurboTax ProSeries.
