sensitive to fungal allergenic and performing extensive aerobiological

sampling in their living environment to find out the possible indoor

fungal allergens. Further, culturing the isolated fungi and identify

antigenic protein component in those fungi by detailed biochemical,

immunological analysis and statistical analysis. After skin test from the

predominant fungal allergens, the sera of patients showing positive

reactions were then tested for various immunological analyses, through

ELISA, Total IgE, specific IgE

and IgG estimation.
