Brought onboard to design and implement a multi-location global uPerform landscape for an internal SAP roll-out. It is
a very complex architecture of various SAP and uPerform systems (QA, Staging and Prod) accessed differently, with
global content provided by global teams and localized content by regional teams all linking to disparate SAP systems
with user interface via SharePoint portals.
Worked with Training, Infrastructure, architecture and vendor to create a blueprint and best plan of action to
implement uPerform with a main focus of Context Sensitive Help.
Manifested the need for group based filtering to deliver localized content to end users based on their Active
Directory attributes.
Developed a process to link SharePoint 2007 portal where SAP iViews are embedded for context sensitive help
(custom T Codes, custom Help link on Moss portal).
Took charge of overall system configuration, end user website modifications to meet branding regulations and
implementation of support and operational processes.
